As you know 2020 was a challenge for all of us in the optical industry. The business data from last year that occurred from April thru December did not follow a normal pattern. As a result it makes it difficult to analyze progress and growth when comparing to 2021.
Therefore, ABB has decided to use the sales data from April thru December 2019 when calculating growth rebates for quarters 2 ,3, and 4 for 2021.
Sales data for Quarter 1, 2021 will be compared to Quarter 1, 2020.
